Amazing Kids!!!

Well...I dont have much to say but I have some of the cutest nieces and nephew a gal could ever ask for! Here are 2 of the....15 (wow, that's a ton; Jonah, Joshua, Micaela, Benjamin, Brandon, Bryson, Madylynn, Lil Hector, Vianney, Breana, Aaron, Wellie, Aliyah, Anissa and AimeMae), nieces and nehpews that I have. Just look at Bryson, I can hear him right now...hey bryson..."what!" Just the way he talks, the way he smiles and looks at you...it melts your heart. I swear, if he were to say, Tia Maggie, can you buy me a car, I would say, just one Bryson?? And Aime Mae...my baby princess...althought she doesnt like me very much right now, I absolutely adore her! She will grow to love me once she realizes what her sisters know...if they need to sell something for missionettes or school or whatever, she can always count on her Tia Maggie...even if I have to pay $8 for a stinkin box of donoughts that I threw away the next day! Anyways, I absolutely, positively, for sure, love each and every single one of these little boogers, they have stolen my heart! Since most of them can't read, please, parents(Ben, Josh, Aime, phil), pass this message on to your kids ; if they ever need absolutely anything, anything in the world, they should not ever hesitate to call me! :)

Querido Papa!

Father's Day...what can I say? I could go on about how everyday should be Father's day and we shouldn't only celebrate once a year...but we all know that already, right! But really, I wouldn't be who I am today, if it wasn't for my dad's strict guidance. Although at times I didn't know how much of his "strictness' I could take, I'm glad I was raised the way that I was. I couldn't have asked for a better dad, and the way I was raised. I truly am blessed to have the family that I do. To this day, my two brothers, sister, and myself all praise and worship God b/c of the guidance of our father and mother. So on this day, I just want to tell my dad that I love him and that he had been the best support, guidance and rock my family and I could have ever asked for. Thanks dad for all your hard work to keep pulling our family forward!

So many things...such little time!

Wow...it's only the second week of June, and it seems as if sooo many things have already happend! It's incredible when you begin to think about how fast the days actually pass you by...Anyways, lets see what I can remember. Of course, on the 1st, as I mentioned in the last blog, was Abner's Birthday :) Just 2 days later on the 3rd, my dear uncle Ricardo (mom's brother) passed to be with God. It was a very sad occasion, but you can see how much he was really loved. We had a ton of relatives come down to comfort eachother. Although we are grieving now, we know that he is only "sleeping" and one day when God decides to come back for his town, he will arise and we will meet with him again in God's house, soon.

Friday, the 6th, my very dear dear brother-in-law Eric graduated!! Yay, way to go bro! He was the last of 5 kids who graduated and we are so proud of him. Now he's off to EWU (Go Big Red, Go Eagles!!) Remember that we are here for whatever you need, you can count on us for absolutely anything.

Yesterday, the 11th, was my last final of the quarter, and it feels soooo great to be done for the summer! Since nobody else notices, I am so proud of myself for doing pretty good in my classes this quarter! Yay for me! Hopefully I'll finish with my degree someday...sooner than later, I hope!
Today, the 12th, Anissa Martinez and Felipe Gomez IV (my amazing niece and nephew) graduated from Kindergarten!! Although this may not seem like a big deal, it is! It seems like it was just yesterday; Anissa born weighing in at a little more than 8 lbs and welly, well God sent him as a surprise a couple months before his due date. We were so scared for both him and his mom, and now look at him, 6 years later, graduating without a single health problem; may all the glory and victory be in the name of my Lord God!! Anyways, I am so proud of you two, you have many many more years to come to graduate from high school, but I know if you guys stick with it and put God as your priority, we will one day see you walking down to recieve your diploma!! That is of course, if Jesus doesn't come for us first!

Anywho...these are a couple of things that have been going on lately, not to mention that I finished working at the Boys & Girls club and have begun my work in Othello...Please pray that God accompanies me on my trip to and from Othello everyday.

Well, it's a long one, but you have to understand...a lot has happend in the last couple of days!! If you dont take anything out of this blog, the only thing I want you to notice and read and completely take as your own is to remember:
GOD LOVES YOU AND WANTS THE BEST FOR YOU ALWAYS!!

"A Jugar PELOTA!!!" This is what my nephew Joshua said at the Mariner's game on Saturday, once in a life time experience, and so of course, Abner and I had to go see him! We had a great time this weekend in Seattle, went to the game on saturday, then Sunday, the 1st, was Abner's birthday...Happy Birthday Hun :) God has blessed us with so many things so far, and another year of life is just another wonderful blessing! I thank God that he put you in my life everyday, you are the best partner to have at my side! Whether we're out in Seattle or just at home taking a nap, I love every second I spend with you and I wouldnt trade it for the world!
Back to the game...it was awesome, we had great seats, Joshua did a perfect job yelling so loud, the mariners WON, we got free hats that said MARINEROS (it was salute to Latin American Beisbol Day), and I got my hat signed by one of the players!! Fun times! Here are a couple of pictures from this weekend.
